Similar with the Infrastructure segment the 4m beam line, and other processing lines located at our two factories eliminates the risk of bottlenecks occurring in the production process, as we have the competitive advantage of redundancy in our  selection/utilisation of equipment.

As with our other customer group market segments our continuous improvement business model never varies, production efficiencies are driven by our use of industry leading 4D and BIM methodology in tandem with our in-house suite of high level tracking and traceability systems, plus  a stable and well trained highly skilled workforce.

This translates in to a Value for Money outcome for the client as we constantly strive to eliminate waste and lean down our value stream within the organisation.

It can be seen as described in our Infrastructure segment, our 40,000 tonnes per annum capacity in our 36,000 undercover square meter workshops and our 60,000 square meters of laydown area, gives us the flexibility to buffer store product to meet deadline in the event of any site delivery constraint.
